The specific build, client, or recurring problem that’s eating your week. The more concrete, the better. ‘We’re losing two weeks per launch on funnel builds’ beats ‘we have delivery issues.’
Your stack
What CRM, what funnel platform, what automation tools. We can usually tell within five minutes whether we’re a fit just from the stack.
Your scale
How many active client engagements, how often you launch, what your typical project size is. Helps us recommend the right tier or whether you should start with a pilot first.
NO SURPRISES
What the next 48 hours Look like after the call.
Within 24 hours
You get a recap email with what we discussed, our honest assessment of fit, and a recommended starting point (a tier, a pilot, or a referral elsewhere).
Within 48 hours
If we’re moving forward, you get the partnership agreement and the onboarding doc. If we’re not, you get the referral.
Within 5 to 10 days
If you signed, your first build is in your hands.

Five things people ask before booking.
Is this a sales call?
No. It’s a fit call. We don’t have a sales team. The call is run by the founder or the project manager. If we’re not the right fit, we say so on the call.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, but bringing the three things in the section above makes it more useful. Otherwise, just show up.
Will you sign an NDA before the call?
Yes, if you’d like. Send it ahead of time and we’ll sign before the call.
What if I’m not ready to commit on the call?
Most partners aren’t. The call is for fit assessment. The decision happens later, on your timeline.
Can I bring my business partner or team?
Of course. Add them to the calendar invite or just let us know in the booking note.
